AWARDED ACCREDITATION FROM JOINT COMMISSION

Located on the premises of the Elyria Foot Clinic, Inc., the North Coast Surgery Center, LLC is a state-licensed ambulatory surgical facility which adds the convenience and safety for invasive surgical procedures.The surgery center is a separately licensed facility and is owned by Dr. George Costaras.

Many surgical procedures can be performed in the convenience of our facility knowing that our surgery center has undergone a thorough evaluation against nearly 150 standards that promote quality care and patient safety.

The decision to pursue this voluntary process demonstrates our commitment to providing high quality care in a safe office environment.

By demonstrating compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization’s national standards for healthcare and quality and safety, The North Coast Surgery Center, LLC has earned the Joint Commission’s “Gold Seal of Approval.”
